No. Add-ons are available only on active paid plans — Starter, Growth, and Enterprise. They cannot be purchased on the Free Forever plan.
Your purchased add-on balance remains available as long as your paid subscription stays active. It does not reset monthly — it carries forward until fully consumed.
Every AI-generated reply deducts one AI credit and one automated message simultaneously, since it is both an AI action and an automated send. Non-AI automated messages only deduct from the automated message pool. WhatsApp template sends have their own separate pool and do not affect either.
